Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Undergraduate Pathway (STEM UP)

Sign in with your .edu email account and explore your undergraduate pathway to STEM field classes at CNM and UNM.

With this application you can:
* keep track of completed classes required for STEM UP fields of study
* see which credits map to equivalent classes in the partnering institution
* see which classes satisfy requirements for degrees in any of the STEM UP fields
* contact advisors for each of the STEM UP fields of study

The application was designed to help students recognize classes that are considered the same at both CNM and UNM in the listed STEM majors. The application is really good, however, checking with STEM advisor at CNM or UNM is the only way to be sure you are taking the right classes for your individual pathway.

The classes listed on this phone application, are the classes that will work for both an Associate of Science degree at CNM and a Bachelor of Science degree at UNM in the same major. For example, all classes listed in the Biology major list are classes that apply to both CNM’s Associate of Science degree and UNM’s Biology degree programs. However, you need to talk to an academic advisor at CNM to learn which additional classes you need to finish the Associates of Science degree. Or talk to a UNM STEM advisor to learn what additional classes you need to take to complete the four year degree.

The classes on this phone application have been reviewed by CNM and UNM STEM faculty and departments to make sure you are taking the right classes towards a STEM degree. Formal Transfer agreements between CNM and UNM can be found under the Transfer Information Tabs for each major.
